Australia's
peak orchid body representing more than 150 orchid clubs and societies across
the country. Orchids Australia is the AOC's bi-monthly full colour
magazine available by subscription.

The AOF has a bookshop, seed bank and protocorm bank, all of which helps to fund
research projects on Australian orchids. Donations to the AOF are tax deductible
as a recognized Scientific Research institution.
American
Orchid Society
Lots of information is stored on the AOS's Web site including Cultural Notes for
many, many genera.
Orchid
Genus Names
A list of names for each orchid genus followed by its abbreviated name.
"Natural" is an indication of a naturally occurring genus. Otherwise

Orchid
Species Encyclopaedia
Jay Pfahl of Florida has gathered together am astonishing reference library of
orchid species photographs. This is a labour of love for Jay and shows the
extent that some orchid growers will go to so that their accumulated knowledge
can be shared around the world. In turn photographers around the world have made
photos available to him. As at May 2006 there are over 6000 photos available
covering 606 genera.
